CENTRAL SUPPORT: Our Redfern office provides a personalised service to women and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness - the first point of interaction for clients.
Western Sydney Homeless Connect
We provide the disadvantaged with access to support services from over 60 organisations that can prevent them becoming homeless and act as an early intervention strategy.
Youth Off the Streets
Short-term residential accommodation, respite, education, outreach and community support programs for children and young people 12 to 25 years old.
Y Foundations
Yfoundations supports young people who are at risk of and experiencing homelessness. We work collaboratively with NGOs, government departments and community members.
