Weave Youth and Community Services
Our diverse range of programs have been designed to help tackle issues related to poverty, drugs, alcohol and mental health, homelessness, domestic violence, family breakdown and isolation. A drop in support centre for youth aged 12 to 25. -Family and general counselling, with male or female counsellors, for issues such as grief & loss, sexual assault and drug & alcohol abuse. -Specialist casework & counselling for people with mental health and/or drug & alcohol problems. -Legal advice, casework & court support for adults & juveniles; post-release support for juveniles; and court reports & assessments. -Advocacy and referral for housing issues. -A drug and alcohol harm-minimisation program. Outreach home visits are available in Sydney, south Sydney and Botany. The centre also helps Aboriginal and non-English- speaking people.
