Need help getting to Sydney Homeless Connect?

Are you experiencing homelessness and struggling to travel to Sydney Homeless Connect at Sydney Town Hall on July 3, 2018? We can help!

With the support of NSW Transportation, we happy to offer you a free pass on public transportation to reach Sydney Town Hall on July 3rd. Here is a list of Service Providers who have a SHC Travel Card for you to collect:
