The Suicide Call Back Service provides immediate telephone counselling and support in a crisis. Your call will be answered by a counsellor. It’s free, 24 hours and can be via telephone, video or online. We can provide up to six free telephone counselling sessions with the same counsellor scheduled at times to suit you.
